M & E Angus is a 4th, 5th and now 6th generation family farm operation. The operation began with Hereford cattle. In the 1960's we started using black bulls on Hereford cows. Later exotics were used. We then decided to continue with the Angus genetics. Our herd consists of registered Angus cows and commercial Angus cows.

 

   We mainly raise corn and wheat. Most of the wheat is sold as a cash crop. Corn is utilized for the cattle in the form of grain and corn silage.

 

Grandpa Otto always said,
